product as much as we do but, should you change your mind, you can return your
item for a full refund or exchange up to 14 days from
purchase.
Returns

is happy to exchange unworn, undamaged items, provided they are returned in
their original packaging and within 14 days of the
initial order being placed. We cannot offer refunds on jewelry lost or damaged
in transit, and strongly suggest that you return your order via a courier or
traceable delivery service. Please be aware that you are responsible for the
cost of shipping return items, Esmée
Bo.
is not responsible for any postage expenses or import and duties charges you
may incur.
Once we have
received your return, we will process your order as promptly as possible and
credit your payment card with the full purchase amount. Please keep in mind
that this transaction can take up to seven working days to process. If there is
an issue with your return, a member of the Esmée Bo.
customer care team will be available to help you.
Return Address
Please contact our
customer care department HERE before returning any items. They will require
your invoice number and will confirm that your order is valid for a refund. You
will receive this confirmation via an email which will also detail our return
address.
Exchanges
Each of our
products can be exchanged once for items of the same or greater value. If you
wish to exchange your order, please contact our customer service department
with your invoice number and details of the item you would like to exchange it
for. Our team will then check the availability of your new piece and will
provide an address for you to send your original item to.
Please be aware
that we cannot refund any import or duties costs you may have incurred on the
original item. The shipping of the second item will also be subject to the
duties and import charges of your region and will be your responsibility. We
recommend that you contact your nation’s customs authority if you are concerned
about the final cost.
We
would like to kindly remind you that all jewelry being exchanged must be
received in its original packaging, unworn and undamaged. We cannot accept
responsibility for jewelry lost or damaged in transit, and strongly suggest
that you use a courier or traceable delivery service to return exchange items.
